The Opportunity Lounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Parts Advisor. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and wants to deliver exceptional customer service to their customer. We value individuals who take pride in their work, show initiative and want to be part of a cohesive team. This is a temporary position, starting ASAP and will be for 3 months. This position is full-time hours. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service at the Parts counter
Answer the phone and reply to emails from customers inquiring about parts.
Up-sell or suggestive sell parts to customers based on their needs
Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels
Perform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate on the system
Qualifications
Since it is a temporary position, we are looking for someone with previous experience in the automotive industry.
Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software
Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
High school diploma or GED required
Strong interpersonal and customer service and troubleshooting skills
Likes helping people
Good work ethic
Must have a valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract
