Duties

- Assist technicians in identifying and ordering necessary parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding parts availability and specifications.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms for parts procurement.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management and order processing.
- Collaborate with the service team to forecast demand planning for commonly used parts.
- Maintain organized storage of parts and ensure cleanliness in the work area.
