Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Parts Representative to join our team. As an Parts Rep, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and closing part deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
Duties:
- Respond to customer product inquiries both in person and via phone/email
- Directly engaged in all sales activities
- Build ongoing relationships with customers
- Ensuring accurate and timely order processing
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Reach out to prospective customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
Skills:
- Ag background or mechanically inclined
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Phone etiquette and professional communication skills are essential
