We are in search of an Automotive Parts Advisor!
Job Duties:

• Order parts for clients needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
• Receive parts orders with accuracy.
• Communicate with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done.
• Address customer questions/needs promptly and professionally.
• Work with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships
• Support parts inventory count, ordering, and receiving.
• Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support regular bin checks.
• Support the dealership’s warranty claim process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts and accessories, and logistics of the supply chain.
• Actively maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Parts Department.
• Possess a strong aptitude of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs.
• Proficient in the use of various operating systems, and ability to learn to work effectively within the dealership management system (SERTI).
• Other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
