Essential Qualifications
- Post secondary coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
- Experience providing service-oriented technical support for enterprise-grade computing environments;
- Experience setting up and managing mobile devices using MDM software
- Experience assisting clients with a variety of Mobile Device issues.
- Experience managing Intune, Azure, My Serve configurations, publishing and maintaining apps is considered an asset.

Additional information
This is a designated position within the Yukon public service which requires the following condition(s) of employment and job requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License;
- Occasional travel within the Territory by both ground and air.
