Installation Technician – Automated Lubrication Systems

KDP continues to meet our client’s full safety and service needs by offering the installation and repair of Lubecore International Inc.’s auto greasing systems. As our Installation Technician – Automated Lubrication Systems you would be responsible for (but not limited to) a wide variety of duties such as, installations, specifications, and servicing of Lubecore automated lubrication systems. KDP continues to meet our client’s full safety and service needs by offering the installation and repair of Lubecore International Inc.’s auto greasing systems. As our Installation Technician – Automated Lubrication Systems you would be responsible for (but not limited to) a wide variety of duties such as, installations, specifications, and servicing of Lubecore automated lubrication systems. Some of the additional expectations of this role include:
- Installation of lubrication pump(s) and timing device(s).
- Connection of power and ignition sources on the equipment.
- Wiring in smart switches and sensors.
- Installation of grease delivery tubing to the lubrication points.
- Installation of injector manifolds and/ or lubrication dividers, connecting to the pump.
- Light welding and use of oxy-acetylene torches on equipment.
- Troubleshooting systems on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to determine deficiencies and potential solutions;
- Provision of regular system operation training on automated systems.
- Assist in performing analysis on all projects by visiting the location(s).
- Completion of daily reports of completed work orders and activities;
- Ensuring safe work practices are followed safety leadership is demonstrated in all aspects of the job.

- Flexibility to address changing situations/priorities and solve problems as they evolve.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- A strong mechanical aptitude.
- Their own basic set of hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring.
They must also possess the following experience and/or education:
NOTE: All combinations of education in a related and experience will be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience using power and hand tools.
- Experience in a mechanical, automotive, or other service delivery environment would be considered an asset.
- Training related to Automotive, Truck/Coach or Heavy Equipment would be considered an asset.
