Victory Stone is excited to add a new position of Stone Installation Technician for our growing team of custom fabricated stone right here on PEI. This position is a full-time, year round position that requires a high attention to detail, strong work ethic and previous work experience in construction or the stone industry.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Make a good impression on your customers by adhering to high quality work, positive work ethic and ensure project time deadlines are met
• Ensure you have all the necessary supplies, tools and materials to complete the project without any call backs

Day-Day activities:

• Prepare, organize and load the specialized transport A frames with custom fabricated stone. Review project paperwork and ensure all materials and supplies are ready for installation
• Arrive at jobsite, analyze access and create best action to maneuver the pieces of stone with specialized handling equipment
• Perform the installation as part of a team with attention to detail on all levels of installation. Mount sinks, set seams etc.
• Clean the project, inspect the installation and review project with client
• Assist with shop related duties to ensure shop production time frames are met so projects are completed and installed within the specified time frame

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in construction, tile installation, cabinet making or related trades.
• Valid drivers license
• Able to travel across PEI, NB & NS for work
• Be in good physical shape and hold a valid drivers license
