We are looking for a positive experienced administrator to join our Human Resources Department by providing transactional support to the Human Resources Manager. This part-time permanent role contributes to the overall success of the organization by assisting with the essential functions of the department.
Our ideal person is positive, enthusiastic and has a strong desire to learn. The role is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of policy, recruitment, orientation, training, payroll, benefits, health and safety and other areas as directed.
Key duties include:

Responsible for day-to-day recruitment function, including all tasks in the end to end recruitment process from creating job postings to job offers and reference checks
Draft and prepare formal correspondence in the form of letters, memos, reports, forms, and emails as needed
Accurately input data into HR spreadsheets and systems including payroll
Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files

Have you got what we need?

Must be 19 years of age or older and have high school diploma, GED or other equivalent
Diploma or degree in business, human resources or a related field is an asset
Strong computer keyboarding skills preferably in a Windows-based environment with experience specifically in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Previous administrative or clerical experience
