If you are driven, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Project Coordination
Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) and Estimators to understand job requirements before project commencement.
Conduct site visits to assess job readiness, plan site logistics, and ensure all materials are available for cladding installation.
Identify and report potential issues or conflicts to the PM and coordinate solutions effectively.
Installation and Quality Control
Install ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels, metal cladding, and other exterior materials as specified in project plans.
Ensure that all cladding systems are installed to meet Seal Co’s quality standards and adhere to manufacturer specifications.
Perform measurements and quality inspections to ensure precise installation and alignment.
Crew and Subcontractor Management
Lead and orient Seal Co crews and subcontractors to job sites, providing guidance on installation processes.
Review project scope, cladding system details, and schedules with your crew.
Serve as the primary contact between field crews, G.C.s, owners, consultants, PMs, and management.
Reporting and Communication
Provide daily reports on crew assignments, site progress, and installation status.
Conduct and document weekly safety meetings and Tool Box Talks.
Submit quality and productivity reports regularly to ensure ongoing communication with management.
Issue Resolution and Logistics
Address and resolve any installation challenges with G.C.s, consultants, or management.
Prepare materials, tools, and equipment before, during, and after installation.
Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure the project meets safety and quality standards.
Safety and Compliance
Coordinate project start and end times, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Verify that workers have necessary tools, materials, and certifications before starting work.
Inspect safety equipment and ensure proper maintenance and use on-site.
Ensure employees are up to date on safety training and certifications, including working at heights and WHMIS.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior cladding installation, particularly with ACM panels and metal cladding systems.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, documents, and specifications.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate effectively with project teams.
Experience with ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) construction is an asset.
Safety Requirements
Certification in First Aid & CPR.
WHMIS certification.
Working at Heights certification.
Knowledge of safe cladding installation techniques and supervisory skills.
