*Position Overview:*
As an Apprentice Flooring Installer, you will work alongside experienced installers to learn the skills and techniques necessary for successful flooring installation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the flooring industry, with the potential for growth and advancement.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist in the preparation and installation of various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet.
- Learn to measure and cut flooring materials accurately.
- Help with the removal of old flooring and surface preparation.
-Prepare surfaces for flooring installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in working with your hands and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
