**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for assembling and installing various components in accordance with blueprints and specifications.
**Responsibilities:**
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Assemble and install products such as siding, flashing and others.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
- Utilize hand tools to complete installations
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, carpenters, and other team members to complete projects on time
**Skills:**
- Proficient in heavy lifting and manual labor
- Experience in building or construction work
- Knowledge of hand tools and their applications
- Maintenance Person skills for various installation tasks
- Carpentry experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficiency in caulking techniques for finishing touches

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
