We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service: HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher in Port Coquitlam. This is a full-time & permanent role that starts immediately for the right candidate!
This role is Tuesdays to Fridays (9:30am-6pm) AND Saturdays (8am-4pm) at 40hrs/week.
You will be on Express Employment Professional's payroll for 640hrs first (probationary period), before becoming a full-time permanent employee of the client company.
Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service representative background with fluency in dispatching of technicians (no trucking dispatchers)
• Previous experience in the restoration/plumbing/HVAC industry is highly recommended
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
• Successful candidate would be outgoing & one of tough skin dealing with technicians from different jobsites
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn a new in-house CRM system, previous CRM experience would be an asset
• Strong communication skills: written & verbal (you'll be communicating largely with both clients & internal technicians)

Duties:

• Answering all incoming calls & email inquiries, answering questions from clients
• High-volume of data entry of jobs
• Booking & entering incoming jobs into Service Titan software (training will be provided on this software)
• Coordinating technicians on and between jobsites
• Reporting to the Service Manager
