Hawk Logistics Ltd. is currently searching for a self-sufficient individual to join our operations team in Saskatoon, SK. The Dispatcher will be an active participant in the dispatch functions as well as support to the Management Team. The successful candidate will require strong organizational and communication skills, 2 to 3 years dispatch experience is necessary.
Duties include:

• Provide support within the dispatch group through concise decision making, data support and follow up
• Data entry
• Communication and coordination with customers and driving staff
• Working in a variety of different computer programs
• Answering phones, logging incoming calls for pick up, perform general office duties

Skills required:

• Excellent professional communication skills required
• Ability to multi-task, switch priorities quickly in a fast paced environment
• Able to learn new computer programs, software and procedures quickly
• Accuracy for data entry
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to identify problems and help provide solutions
• Organized
