SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The Client Services and Contracts Coordinator aids in a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the GSH Business Development Team. The role includes typical administration duties in addition to more complex functions and responsibilities such as compiling and preparing information needed for reports and time sensitive proposals for public and private industry, preparing written correspondence, and gaining understanding of GSH’s large portfolio of corporate contracts to assist with maintaining the contract management program. Ethics and Integrity RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 1. Provide administrative support to members of the Business Development Team as directed by verbal or written instruction 2. Works closely with the Business Development and Operations Team to provide Quality Control and data entry of GSH’s web based contract management tool, and scheduling systems. 3. Inputting accurate contract billing information, troubleshooting and paying attention to detail is key while directing questions to appropriate staff in order to acquire information to ensure accuracy of contract billing which is used by GSH’s AR department. 4. Assist in preparing correspondence for clients, auditors, and public interest groups. This includes but is not limited to: helicopter service proposals and quotation for public and private agencies, formal presentations, business letters, and customer feedback surveys. 5. Coordinate the logistical aspects of marketing programs such as meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events 6. Review documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for signature for format, content, grammar, and spelling; make edits as necessary 7. Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research as requested. 8. Maintain working schedules and engagement calendars with a spreadsheet of trade shows and other events. 1. Provide assistance with branding material, communication strategy, competitor analysis, market research, sales analysis, product management, sourcing and other aspects related to business development. 2. Present a positive and professional image of the executive to all visitors, suppliers, and other interactions. 3. Provide clerical and technical support for procurement. 4. Accurate filing of correspondence, business cards, invoices and receipts. 5. Becoming familiar with each joint-venture agreement, it’s current status, the representative partners and the customer base in each region; 6. Other responsibilities and duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 1. Clerical or senior administration experience or educational equivalency preferred 2.
