Director of Marketing
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive vision, direction, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and team leadership.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives and current market trends.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Content Oversight: Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content across digital, social media, print, and events.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of retail, wholesale and distribution channels are an asset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Office Environment: This position is based in our office at 1725 Sargent Avenue. Hybrid or remote work possible for the right candidate.
- Hours: Work hours may extend beyond the typical nine-to-five, requiring flexibility to accommodate different time zones and peak business periods.
- Travel Requirements: Some regional, national, and international travel is required. A valid passport is necessary.
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Background Check: A clear criminal record check is required.
