To visit the portal and apply, please click here: https://form.jotform.com/242846597713267 Nature of Work: The Campaign Communications Associate is a critical part of Mac Kenzie Art Gallery’s strategy to build awareness, excitement, and knowledge of the organization and our vision for the facility renewal which ensures this transformative project for Saskatchewan. Working alongside the Campaign Director, Campaign Gifts Officer, and the Communications Department, the Campaign Communications Associate will strategize and execute on a communications plan that will drive the success of this cultural project. Accountabilities: · Working collaboratively with the Campaign Director, Campaign Gifts Officer and Communications Manager, develop messaging for, and determine best platforms for, sharing the vision of the campaign to various constituents, including public officials, corporate sponsors, private foundations, members and individual philanthropists. · Lead the creation of campaign-specific content and materials that support the health of the capital campaign, including newsletters, emails, blog posts, draft press releases, and speeches. · Research and enhance the facility renewal and capital campaign's web presence, creating content that ensures visibility and engagement online. Collaborate with MAG colleagues to understand the exhibitions, programs and overall vision of the organization so as to utilize existing resources in engaging donors. · Conduct prospect research, as needed, for the campaign team and/or the CEO. · In collaboration with the Campaign Director and CEO, provide insight and feedback on campaign strategy, focusing on identification and engagement tools for donors in Regina and the province. · Become an avid user of the donor data base system (Veevart), record necessary information into the database specifically regarding mass campaign communications, and generate ways to improve on the database usage by the campaign team. · Assists the Communications Manager with the development, implementation, and evaluation of effective multi-year communication and marketing strategies for the Mac Kenzie Art Gallery, that specifically enhances the visibility of the capital campaign and the facility renewal project. · Supports the Communications Manager and other staff to develop and implement an organization-wide digital engagement strategy. · Assists the Communications Manager to ensure regular and consistent communication with Gallery stakeholders including members, donors, and the public at large. Qualifications - Education: An undergraduate degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, and/or related field of study. IABC membership and accreditation are considered assets. Qualifications - Experience: A minimum of two years of directly related experience in a non-profit or similarly complex environment; Experience and success in developing, implementing, and evaluating effective marketing and communications strategies using a variety of mediums and channels; Experience in conceptualizing and overseeing the development of marketing initiatives and design; Must be familiar with the arts and art galleries, and comfortable discussing issues affecting the arts today; Knowledge of contemporary art would be considered an asset; Familiarity with the Mac Kenzie Art Gallery and/or a non-profit organization would be considered an asset.
