We are now seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to elevate our presence in Saskatchewan and Eastern Alberta.
Role Overview:
As the Business Growth Manager, working with support staff, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic network building and effective use of digital tools. You will focus on developing strong relationships with businesses in the construction, industrial, mining, transport, oil field, and agriculture sectors. Essential skills are Communication, Negotiation, B2B Sales, Project Management and CRM use.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts.
Utilize personal selling and digital marketing tools and strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted sectors.
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment.
Track and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
Must be a Canadian National or be legally cleared to work in Canada
A strong communicator who is detail oriented
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the diesel equipment or power generation industry.
Strong networking skills with a track record of relationship building.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the construction, industrial, mining, transport, oil field, or agricultural sectors is an asset.
