Key Responsibilities: Business Development:
Assist the sales team with lead generation and qualification.
High energy outreach making quality calls to secure appointments and build relationships with key decision makers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Inside Sales Support:
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Support the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Help to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
