Job Type: Permanent; full time. Salary Range: $48,000 plus opportunity for high variable compensation in addition to base salary. Key Responsibilities: It goes without saying that strong written and oral communication skills are required. Don’t underestimate the skill set of perseverance and the ability to chase down leads instead of waiting for the work to come to you. The organization currently operates in the following regions: Moncton, Saint John, Fredericton, and other surrounding areas. Travel to Halifax, Nova Scotia may be necessary periodically for quarterly meetings or as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing high quality, full time agents into the organization throughout the areas we operate in throughout the province. The successful candidate will be seeking and successfully hiring real estate agents who will add to the overall image of the company, increase revenue, are driven, and are inclined to follow our proven process. ● The role will involve, but not limited to: ○ One on one meetings with experienced agents at other brokerages in regions we currently work in within the province of New Brunswick (frequent travel throughout the province is required and non-negotiable). ○ New agent meetings of those who are in the course. ○ Meeting with those who have yet to decide on the career path and are seeking additional information. ○ Developing and maintaining relationships with our current and potential agents. ○ Hosting group exam preparation sessions once per month. ○ Attending and participating in industry events. ○ Conducting career seminars at a minimum 1x per quarter in each office across the region. ○ Conducting other career specific events as determined in the annual department strategic plan. ○ Co-operating with the departmental lead to achieve desired appointments required to hit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets. ○ Maintaining a database of prospects within the company CRM and ensuring that communications are frequently going out to all prospects. ● Associates will be responsible for Weekly, Quarterly and Annual activities and results, which they must report to the Director of Business Development on a timely basis. ● Associates will be responsible for adhering to the department budget set out by the Director of Business Development and the Controller. Any variation from the budget must be approved by the Director of Business Development. ● Associates will be responsible for participating in a weekly Level 10 Departmental meeting with the Business Development department. Measurable Numbers: ● In Person meetings with existing agents. ● In Person meetings with potential new agents. ● Initiated outgoing communications with Prospects (New and Existing). ● Proposals sent. ● Full time agents hired.
