Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team. The Service Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating service requests and ensuring timely delivery of services to our customers.
Duties
- Implements and maintains effective dispatch system
- Coordinate service requests from customers and assign them to appropriate service technicians
- Communicate effectively with both service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth operations
-Ensure proper repair order documentation
- Maintain an organized and up to date repair log
- Ensure technicians follow warranty procedures
- advise of repetitive parts shortages so that corrective action can be taken
- maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
