We are an import dealership located within the Waverley Auto Mall in the South End of the City of Winnipeg. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED automotive dispatcher to join our existing team of automotive service professionals.
Duties include:

• The prompt review and dispatch of arrived customer vehicles, ensuring the right technicians strengths suit the work needing to be performed.
• Effective and efficient communication with the service department, especially the advisor that brought the vehicle in.
• The immediate return of paperwork and keys once the dispatched vehicle is complete.
• Coordinating sold and internal vehicle concerns, ensuring all - especially sold order deliveries - are completed and conducted accurately.
• Liaison with the automotive technicians, occasionally aiding in reaching a diagnosis for a repair, or providing guidance on areas to check and confirm.
• Occasional communication with other dealers to book an appointment/check warranty status/recalls etc.
• Requests from Management

The right candidate MUST possess:

• An mechanical aptitude and vast understanding of the internal working and designs of vehicles.
• The ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all staff and Management.
• Be a team player and work well with the existing team of staff.
• At least 3 years of experience in the exact position or very similar field.
