INSURANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE Currently looking for an experienced Administrative Associate to join our growing team at this local, long-standing insurance and financial services company. The successful applicant would be required to complete the following primary activities/duties: Roles and Responsibilities · Support a senior administrator in the preparation and processing of insurance applications and policy renewals · Update and management of Customer Relationship Management database · Primary receptionist duties · Project management skills in relation to client events and communication and preparation of special event materials · Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases · Process incoming and outgoing mail both manually and electronically · Proficient in computer applications including all Microsoft office programs · Participation in virtual meetings where necessary · Assist bookkeeper with bank deposits and other administrative needs · Manage office supplies and coordinate with external office suppliers · Engagement in social media and website management Qualifications 2 years previous insurance office administration experience is preferred Familiarity with insurance policies, terminology, and regulations will be an asset · Strong communication skills, both in person and via electronic delivery is a must · Competency with various forms of technology and software systems is required · Post-Secondary or equivalent education is preferred · Ability to multi-task in an active environment · Must be bondable; basic security clearance; criminal record check required Salary of $42,500, health plan and other incentives.
