Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable – CAPITAL FIRE PROTECTION Ltd.. Capital Fire Protection is an established fire protection service provider for the province of Saskatchewan located in Regina. We are looking for an accounts receivable coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities will include handling client inquiries and collections and initiate, and process customer refunds and vendor payments as required, working closely with customers and team members by phone, email and in person, managing daily office administrative items and providing clerical and logistical support to the office and field staff. Knowledge and Experience: ● College diploma in administrative field –or 2 years experience in a similar position. ● Minimum two (2) years of experience related to office administrative task. ● Knowledge in the fire protection industry. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong general office procedures and organizational skills are required ● Ability in problem solving and conflict resolution skills. ● Excellent leadership and time-management skills. ● Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs. ● Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license. Major Responsibilities: ● Billing & Collections- Main priority ● Plan, organize, coordinate and prepare Job report management ● Preparation of client documentation/reporting ● Follow up with customer inquiring and any other customer contact required. ● Respond to email, telephone and in-person inquiries ● Positive and courteous personality Essential skills: ● Team focused / ability to work together to encourage support and motivate the team ● Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills ● Customer focused ● Account Receivables ● Administrative skills ● Experienced in document control and organization ● Attention to detail ● A “can do” attitude ● Applies professional experience and good judgment to manage day-to-day customer relations.
