Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Accept payments and manage transactions
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft (Word, and Excel) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in the property management and real estate industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Rent Manager software is a plus
