Diploma in Business Administration or relevant work experience
Minimum one (1) year of Administrative experience is required

Providing support for coordination of staff functions and client promotional events
Management of partners’ calendars, emails, time sheets, preparation of expense reports, arranging meetings and conference calls
Reception coverage
Completion of office opening and stocking tasks
Typing, formatting and editing firm correspondence with high attention to detail and thorough proof-reading skills
Scanning and filing of client documents
Management of client deadlines and client data base
Providing support to partners in meeting Canada Revenue Agency filing requirements
Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail and packages
General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing
Qualifications
Exceptional MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to take responsibility for meeting deadlines by efficiently prioritizing tasks
High attention to detail, ability to take ownership of quality of professional products while working independently
Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, with great client service skills
Ability to perform duties with the utmost client confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment as a senior level administrative assistant would be an asset
