Alsport is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Regina. In this role, you will manage customer documentation, and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers to facilitate and streamline the documentation process.
Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for customer transactions.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in customer records and maintain organized documentation.
Educate customers on the benefits of additional products and services to enhance their ownership experience.
Upsell additional services to improve customer satisfaction and add value.
Adhere to relevant regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance.
Collaborate closely with the other teams at the dealership and Vendors to support smooth operations.
Requirements:
Experience in administration or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of the motorsport, powersport, or automotive industry is an asset.
