Roles & Responsibilities
Develop & maintain positive relationships with customers
Generate collections of outstanding invoices through various communication methods (phone, email, etc.)
Review missed promise to pay dates
Review and approve campaign emails
Monitor credit memos
Take credit card payments over the phone
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications: Required:
High school diploma
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role, specifically in handling collections of overdue invoices
Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email and in-person
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster positive customer relationships
The ability to adapt to different customer personalities, preferences and situations while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor
Capacity to understand customer needs, address concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Excellent time management and organization skills to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
The ability to work well in a team-based environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
Willingness to travel for job-related purposes, as needed.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
Location is open to candidates from our Ile des Chenes, Manitoba office or our Burlington, Ontario office. We are recruiting one person for this position.
