Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to design and develop digital campaign assets, including Ad Words ads, focus articles, landing pages, videos, and premium content. Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines while effectively managing the relationship to finalize and deliver these items.
Coordinate and refine content alongside our internal and external teams for brochures, line cards, case studies, and other marketing collateral, ensuring that all materials are both informative and engaging and meet deliverable deadlines.
Working with our internal and external teams to refine, manage, and create social media strategy and content, e-mail campaigns, and ABM campaigns including organic posts that promote and engage audiences.
Optimize marketing sequences by analyzing performance data, adjusting messaging and timing, and segmenting audiences to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Schedule, review, and post content across all platforms, ensuring grammar and accuracy of all deliverables.
Lead the development and creation of presentations, including webinars, tech talks, corporate decks, as well as the creation of sales outreach templates and related materials to support business development and client engagement efforts.
Manage and update the company website, including content additions, user journey optimization, SEO and SMO enhancements, and regular performance monitoring to ensure an engaging and effective online presence. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, tracking and optimization.
Oversee the creation and publication of industry editorials to enhance brand authority.
Work in conjunction with the marketing leadership team towards the creation of a content strategy map.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing roles.
1-2 years in a digital marketing role.
Experience using Hub Spot or similar CRM/marketing automation, considered an asset.
Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with vendor’s and partners.
Experience in the civil contracting industry an asset.
Other Information
This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. reporting to one of our Canadian offices in Leduc AB, Burlington ON, or Ile De Chenes MB. Hybrid schedule or remote opportunities available.
Wage will be dependent on skills & qualifications.
