What will you do?

Discover ways to boost the profitability of a leading biopharma company

Negotiate at senior or executive management level with our supply base

Gain in-depth insights into the GSK Procurement function

Lead contract negotiations and review financial proposals

You will manage spend across multiple functions, including marketing, manufacturing and research
Working with highly skilled professionals, you could be involved in a variety of initiatives. You could bring a new respiratory product technology from our suppliers to our patients. Or perhaps create an ad campaign with our social-media partners to reach new consumers in emerging markets. Over two and a half years, our Graduate Programme will challenge and support your professional and personal growth. You’ll complete three rotations, providing a thorough grounding in Procurement management. You’ll explore direct (goods and materials) and indirect (services) Procurement, with an international perspective, manage spend across various categories and get involved with cross functional projects. Throughout the programme, you’ll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve value for GSK, and ultimately, the patients we serve.
