Within the Global Supply Chain business (GSC), our dedicated teams are responsible for manufacturing and distributing medicines and vaccines worldwide. They oversee every stage of production, from ensuring the creation of high-quality products at our manufacturing sites to developing effective supply forecasting and managing regulatory inspections—all powered by digital, data, and analytics.

  • Be a Driving Force:
    Take the lead in driving a digital cultural shift towards using data and digital tools to transform vaccine manufacturing and delivery processes. Your innovative ideas will directly impact millions of lives.

  • Strategy & Communication: Be at the heart of our digital acceleration strategy. Define, articulate, and communicate our vision and successes, ensuring everyone is aligned and inspired by our digital capability journey.
  • Digital Excellence: Join the “Centre of Digital Excellence” team. Work closely with our experts to develop a cutting-edge digital adoption methodology for both new and re-platformed digital tools.
  • Develop Learning Pathways: Collaborate with the Digital Data & Analytics (DDA) Capability Lead to design comprehensive learning pathways. Empower future digital leaders within the organization and shape the future of digital roles.
  • Monitor Impact: Create and define metrics that monitor the success of digital capability initiatives. Your insights will be crucial in demonstrating how these digital advancements contribute to our strategic goals.
  • Strategic Insights: Assess the digital maturity of our processes and provide strategic insights. Guide key decisions that align with our Digital Smart Manufacturing priorities and drive impactful change.
  • Site Strategy Planning: Develop and implement a strategic site plan for seamless digital adoption. Ensure efficient and precise change management as new digital platforms are introduced.
  • Coach & Train: Embrace the opportunity to coach and train your peers. Lead digital adoption training sessions and share your expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
