As a Project Coordinator (Digitalization and Automation), you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex automation and digitalization projects. You will also be responsible for planning tasks, and managing budgets. You will work closely with key stakeholders to provide innovative solutions to our clients. Responsabilities: - Manage and lead diverse automation and digitalization projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements. - Build and lead project teams of technical experts. - Develop project schedules and allocate resources. - Enhance your team's capabilities. - Implement project management methodologies. - Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, such as team leaders, business managers, and clients, to understand their needs and ensure projects meet their expectations. - Manage project risks and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them. - Prepare and present project status reports to key stakeholders. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and share best practices across the organization. Qualifications: - Master's degree in civil or industrial engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally in the life sciences sector. - Experience and/or training in project management. - Proficiency in project management tools. - Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus. - Experience in international project management. - Good knowledge on digitalization and automation technologies. - Excellent leadership skills and ability to build strong teams. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to anticipate issues and manage priorities. - Excellent fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
