What You'll Do:

As a Pricing Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our pricing strategies are both competitive and aligned with the company's financial goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Analyzing and developing complex pricing structures to optimize profitability and competitiveness
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations) to understand and influence pricing decisions
Utilizing advanced Excel skills to create models and scenarios that support strategic pricing decisions
Interpreting financial data to inform business strategy, ensuring alignment between pricing and overall company objectives
Continuously refining costing and pricing methodologies to adapt to market changes and business needs

What You Bring to the Table:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Up to 3-5 years of experience in pricing, costing, or financial analysis
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency is a must; knowledge of Salesforce or technical sales operations is a plus
Analytical Mindset: Ability to manage complex data, develop pricing strategies, and solve problems effectively
Attention to Detail: You thrive in environments where precision is critical and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across departments
