Within the Global Supply Chain business (GSC), our dedicated teams are responsible for manufacturing and distributing medicines and vaccines worldwide. They oversee every stage of production, from ensuring the creation of high-quality products at our manufacturing sites to developing effective supply forecasting and managing regulatory inspections—all powered by digital, data, and analytics.

What will you do?

Lead & support continuous improvement problem solving/projects, developing your lean, six sigma skills
-
Identify, lead and support lean initiatives to support business unit objectives using the appropriate methodologies (Standard work, 5S, Value stream mapping)
-
Lead projects to improve Lead Time by reducing Non-Value-Adding activities using the right continuous improvement (CI) tools
-
Coordinate and prioritize all Cl initiatives in close collaboration with the business (Cl Projects and Orange/Green Belt coaching)
-
Contribute as a key player in the deployment of GSK’s production system (GPS) strategy
-
Support GPS deployment to implement and maintain lean standards in a manufacturing & production environment
-
Drive Performance Management in the manufacturing areas, working with the teams to establish process performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain lean standards
-
Train, coach and support employees and managers in a manufacturing environment in applying CI techniques and tools
-
Use advanced technology tools (e.g. AI, Power BI) to support data collection and data analysis to increase process productivity and efficiency

Work towards the Six Sigma Orange Belt certification in the first year
-
Gain an understanding of our supply chain processes
