- Educate and Build Trust: Conduct AI workshops and training, create transparency around AI projects, and address biases, privacy, and ethics.
- Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with business, project managers, and technical teams; manage cross-functional teams and relationships with clients and vendors.
- Facilitate Communication: Bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams regarding AI.
- Bridge Teams: Translate AI concepts into business insights and ensure AI solutions align with business strategies.
- Oversee AI Programs: Manage AI-related programs, promote AI literacy, and drive organizational change.
- Mentorship and Legal Collaboration: Guide junior team members on AI, foster continuous learning, and ensure compliance with AI regulations.
- Identify Improvements: Find opportunities for sustainable AI improvements.
- Promote Ethics and Innovation: Advocate for ethical AI practices, monitor compliance, encourage creative AI applications, and stay updated with AI trends.
- User-Centric Design and Performance Monitoring: Ensure AI solutions are user-friendly, evaluate and optimize AI systems.
- Risk Management and Community Engagement: Identify and mitigate AI deployment risks, participate in external AI communities and events.
- Typically, in business analysis or related fields with a focus on AI.
