We are looking for a Quality Control Equipment Specialist who is proactive, results-oriented, and a team player to join our Quality Control team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'alleud, Belgium.
About the Role As a Quality Control (QC) Equipment Specialist, you will play a key role in the analytical transfer and testing of new products. You will be at the heart of quality operations, ensuring our medical devices meet the highest standards.
Who You Will Work With You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates closely with analysts and project leaders to ensure optimal quality in all our activities. Your role will be crucial in maintaining smooth communication between stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Support the analytical transfer and testing of new products.
Be responsible for the installation and qualification of new laboratory equipment.
Manage the training of technicians on the use of new equipment.
Coordinate studies and ensure follow-up on results.
Communicate priorities and urgencies within the Quality Control team.
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
Master’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
Experience in quality control or laboratory work, ideally in the medical device industry.
Project management skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication in English and French, both written and spoken.
Problem-solving abilities and capability to conduct investigations with rigor.
