Inspect the helmets to identify any imperfections, such as scratches, dents, or paint defects. 2.Prepare the items surface for painting through cleaning, sanding, and priming. 3.Mix paint colors accurately to ensure touch-up paint blends seamlessly with the surrounding area. 4. Ensure even coverage and smooth transitions between the touched-up area and the existing finish. 5. Apply touch-up paint to small areas or surfaces using a brush, roller, or spray gun. 6. Ensure all touch up paintings are completed to the highest of standards. 7. Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that project timelines are met. 8. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. 9. Responsible for the regular maintenance and cleaning of painting tools and equipment to ensure their optimal performance. 10. Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors. Requirements: - Proven experience as a touch-up painter or similar role. - Knowledge of painting tools and equipment. - Ability to match colors and textures for seamless touch-ups. - Understanding of health and safety regulations related to painting. - Physical stamina to stand, bend, and reach for long periods of time. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for imperfections. - Good communication skills to work collaboratively with other painters.
