Collaborate with the department managers to maintain an inventory of every item received. 2. Inspect the quality of each shell prior to painting. 3. Separate the accepted shells from the defective shells. 4. Thoroughly clean the trolley and transfer the accepted shells to the spray booths with care. 5. If necessary, address any drops or orange skin texture on helmets. 6. Combine thinners with paints and other materials to achieve the desired color, and paint helmets according to the provided specifications. 7. Adhere to the paint manufacturer’s recommendations while painting and ensure appropriate flash-off times between coats. 8. Exercise proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. 9. Clean painting equipment on a daily basis. 10. Ensure a clean and organized workspace is maintained. 11. Stay up to date with industry trends and new techniques in helmet painting. Requirements: · High school certificate or its equivalent. · Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar field. Basic mathematic skills. · Able to communicate in written and spoken English. · Knowledge of different paint materials and how to select, mix, and apply them. · Ability to accurately mix and match paint colors to meet customer specifications. · Willingness to learn. · Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. · Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
