Set and operate sanding machines to ensure all shells are smoothed and polished in accordance to the specifications and requirements given. 2. Ensure the required materials, workstations and machines are available and ready for use. 3. Follow the daily schedule of production to ensure adherence to the schedule. 4. Forward shells to the Quality Controller to ensure high quality standards. 5. Inform the Team Leader – SP of changes to current production schedules and issues if any. 6. Complete the assigned operations within the given timeframe and according to the specifications. 7. Report all defects in materials or machines to the team leader immediately. 8. Stack finished products in trolleys for further processing. 9. Maintain and stock the tooling in the proper way. Requirements: · High school certificate. · Minimum six (6) months of experience in a related field. · Able to communicate in written and spoken English. · Reasonable communication and troubleshooting skills. · Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail. · Should be mindful, alert, and reliable at all times.
