Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Supervision: -Manage and mentor a team of technicians. -Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. -Conduct team meetings to align on goals and updates. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: -Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. -Quickly resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. -Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities. Quality and Safety Compliance: -Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety training. -Monitor adherence to quality standards. -Conduct safety drills and ensure team readiness. Coordination and Reporting: -Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities. -Communicate technical issues and progress to the Operations Manager. -Prepare and present reports on equipment performance and team productivity. -Manage inventory of tools, and equipment. -Encourage team participation in training and development programs.
