Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Conduct comprehensive financial audits and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Implement and maintain financial procedures and controls.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
• Mentor junior accountants and contribute to their professional development.
• Lead financial projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold confidentiality in handling financial information.

Requirements:

• Bahraini nationality with a valid MOL Profile.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to adapt to new accounting practices and technologies.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
