Job Duties: This position will assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant such as ensuring the quality of products serve to the guests. Supervise, train and motivate employees, preparing staff schedule, maintains cleanliness of the shop, ensure health and safety of the employees and guest, attends to guest needs, coordination from one store to another, other departments within the organization and supplier. Assist in inventory of stocks, transfer in/out and completing the food cost report. You should be able to establish an effective working relationship within the team. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to manage general operational activities of the restaurant.
Basic knowledge in the preparation of food cost.
Dependable and ability to command effectively and appropriately.
Good command of English communication both oral and written
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Highly organized
Ability to use time management appropriately
Proficient in MS Office
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any undergraduate degree combination of training and experience.
