As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You will ensure exceptional service, maintain food quality standards, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and manage restaurant staff, providing guidance and support.
Can handle POS systems and manage cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Assist in managing the restaurant budget and ensuring cost efficiency.
Implement uphold, and enforce policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster a positive work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management and operations.
Proficiency in using POS systems and managing cash transactions.
Strong leadership and employee management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of food quality standards and safety regulations.
Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
