- Responsible for the overall Operations, Financial Performance, Reporting, Quality, Hygiene & Safety, compliance with local municipalities’ laws and Customer Service of the Casual restaurants in your area. - KPIs include Food Cost, Staff Retention, Labor Cost, Quality Audit results, increasing footfall, and cultivating customer loyalty. - You will be expected to work without daily supervision, understand and interpret P&Ls, be a team builder, and roll up your sleeves to show your teams how it is done. - This is a hands-on role and requires leading from the front. - This role reports to the Brand Manager in charge Qualifications & Experience: - Strong Casual Dine background with demonstrated operational skills. - Demonstrated success in leading restaurant(s) from the front - Experience in operations that include high volume home delivery along with dine-in and take-away business is a must.
