The Job The individual will spearhead the strategic development of business in the new geography and is responsible for driving growth, laying the foundation, and establishing a strong presence for the company in these territories. Position Responsibilities
Achieve set targets in terms of Sales and Gross Profit numbers.
Development & Managing of key customers and verticals.
Oversee the overall branch operations and be responsible for the branch performance
Responsible for the overall sales process from generating leads, attending meetings, closing and customer satisfaction
The Candidate: The successful candidate is expected to have strong communication and people skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others towards meeting a common goal. An effective communicator both internally and externally & able to take intelligent decisions.
Proven track record in driving consistent growth and gaining market share
4-5 years of experience in IT solutions sales.
Experience of developing strategic relationships and adding significant value to customers
Excellent Communication and Strong negotiation skills
Self motivated and able to work independently.
Should be goal-driven and target-oriented. Must have experience and proven track record in achieving defined sales and collection targets.
Local driving license will be an added advantage.
