Operational Oversight:
Supervise daily production and catering operations to ensure smooth functioning. Coordinate kitchen workflow and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Quality and Safety Control:
Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations. Oversee quality control checks to ensure food products meet company and client standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment. Ensure proper storage and handling of all perishable goods.
Staff Management:
Schedule and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, prep workers, and other personnel. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to ensure team efficiency and adherence to protocols.
Coordination with Clients:
