Training Coordinator / Office Assistant

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organisation of training courses: Participant registrations; preparation, administration, and handling of training materials; reports, assessments, evaluations, database maintenance, travel arrangements
• Close collaboration with clients, course instructors and team members
• Internal and external correspondence, proposals for international clients

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Good English language skills (speak, read and write)
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Open-minded, pro-active, and solution-oriented personality
• Team player with high level of commitment
• Methodical, accurate and structured way of working
• Work permit (European Union)
• German language skills are an advantage
• Relevant experience in a similar position is of advantage
