Financial Analyst (all genders)
The Financial Analyst will work for the Financial Planning, Analysis- and Accounting Department supporting Manufacturing.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting, analysis, forecasting and closing activities
- Meet reporting &closing deadlines and assure high quality reporting standards
- Support Accounting activities (e.g. accruals)
- Manufacturing Spending control and analysis
- Headcount & Salaries Planning
- Forecasting & tracking of headcount and monitoring of hiring plan
- Forecasting and tracking of non-headcount related expenditures
- Support Manufacturing- and Quality-Cost Reserve Processes
- Execute Variance Analysis and Forecasting
- Support the Balance Sheet Review process
- Cost Accounting Activities for Manufacturing
- Finance Business Partnering to drive operational efficiency gains
- Continuous improvement of the process flow to help achieve more predictable financial data
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or related field
- Work experience in accounting and controlling
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Team Player
- Good problem-solving abilities, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Flexible, organized, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines
- Ability to work within Finance and with all levels of Operational- and Management personnel
- Experience in SAP R3/FI-CO and Business Warehouse
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications: specifically EXCEL, Power-BI and Power Point
- experience in database and workflow systems e.g. Alteryx
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group E or F, depending on education and experience. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The candidate will be hired through a third-party employment agency.
