Ensure manufacturing & warehouse loading on time and closely monitor material availability.
Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, production, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor the production process to meet few or no delays and ensure deadlines.
Analyze production specifications data to maximize production output.
Review and adjust the schedule where needed due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or otherinterruptions.
Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary materials for production.
Create and submit status and performance reports, collating and interpreting data on the production plan’s progress.
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.
Who We're Looking For
HTL/ HAK degree
Proven experience in production planning.
Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Compensation This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group D or E depending on education.
