Warehouse Operative

Join Our Growing Team as a Warehouse Operative!
At Activ Tec Solutions, we are a national leader in the maintenance and repair of medical and healthcare equipment, offering a fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Morningside. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain operations, with a focus on picking, packing, and receiving.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and correct delivery to customers.
Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update inventory records.
Organise and maintain stock in an orderly fashion to optimise warehouse space and improve efficiency.
Prepare and label shipments according to company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as the Parts Sourcing and Supply Chain teams, to meet customer demand.
Track and manage stock levels, conducting regular stock takes and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures around safety, inventory control, and handling of goods.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Skills & Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and fulfilling orders.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Physically capable of handling warehouse duties, including lifting and moving stock.
Proficiency in inventory management systems (experience with MYOB is a plus).
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
