Vehicle Handover Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a Handover Specialist to make sure our customers' first moments with their Carma purchase are unforgettable. If you're a people person, love a good chat, and enjoy delivering great experiences, keep reading!

What you'll be doing

Be the friendly face of Carma – greet customers on-site, introduce them to their new car, and make their handover experience one to remember.
Share your know-how – get to know each car inside and out so you can answer questions and make sure our customers have all the info they need about their new ride.
Keep it smooth – liaise with internal teams and customers to make sure collection appointments go off without a hitch.
Handle the curveballs – anticipate any potential customer issues, troubleshoot, and come up with fast, effective solutions.
Be a team player – support your crew and pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

You have a customer-first mentality – you love finding the right solution and making someone’s day.
You’re a confident driver with an unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
.You’re adaptable and tech-savvy, with a knack for juggling tasks and staying organised.
You’re a great communicator who can connect with customers and handle any situation with ease.
You’re interested in cars and would love to learn more (we’ll give you all the training you need!)
You’re available to work Tuesday to Saturday and don’t mind mixing up your routine!
